Yes its very irritating that MSN and Skype icon not moved from start menu bar in windows 7, if u want to move them in your taskbar are then process is so simple.
For MSN follow the pictures,
Msn in start menu
1. What we will do ? See the picture 
My Computer
2. Open My Computer by double clicking left button of mouse.
Program Files
3. Click and open “Program Files”.
Windows live
4. Click and Open “Windows Live” folder.

5. Select “Messenger.exe” by only one click of left button of mouse.

6. click right button of your mouse once and click left button on “Properties” (As in Picture)

7. Click on “Compatibility” tab (As in Picture)
Apply Settings

1. So, we want to move “skype” from start menu to taskbar.

3. Click on “Advance” tab then select “Advance Settings”, now just unchecked the check box then click “Ok”.
now enjoy the skype in task bar area all time
Don’t be confused to choose processor for your desktop or laptop, because recent days there are number of processor models available in market, but we know them by only generation name like Core 2 duo, duel Core, Core i3, Core i5 or Core i7. Now before buying this processor make sure which level of user you are and then read the core differences of your processor.
Core i3 (Differences between Laptop and Desktop)
So don’t say that Laptop and Desktop processor both can performed same, Now User level recommendations:
- User level Extreme Gamer: Core i7, Core 2 Quad or Extreme series family processors But Core i5 and Core i3 not recommend,
- User level Gamer: Core i7, Core i5, Core 2 Quad or Extreme series family processors But Core i3 not recommend,
- User level Designer/programmer: Core i7, Core i5, Core 2 Quad or Extreme series family processors But Core i3 not recommend,
- User level Home entertainment: Core i5 and Core i3 Go for it, Best performance and Cost effective.
- User level office work: Core i3 The ultimate choice.
Remember that this is only my recommendation, with Core i3 processor you can run any game or application but you may not able to play smoothly.
